iMPACT MODe
Our IMPACT MODe ( Metabolic Overdrive) class uses methods that are backed by real science and are proven to make you shed unwanted fat, all while building a stronger, healthier you. We use a number of methods in our Metabolic Overdrive classes including High Intensity Interval Training and Compound training that is physically challenging, emotionally, and spiritually uplifting and a ton of fun. Studies have shown that this style of training can elevate metabolism for up to 36hrs following the completion of activity. This means after class is over, you will still be burning fat. Studies have also shown that this style of training helps to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system to burn more fat as compared to steady-state exercise. This program is designed to jump start you back into working-out.

We are not drill sergeants. Even though clients are working out hard, you’ll often find them laughing and enjoying themselves. We are not intimidating, we welcome everyone into the group

This is for individuals who want just a little bit more than MODe workout. These class will be intense and get you out of your comfort zone.
